Deliveries & Returns

For speed and convenience, many of our made to order products are despatched directly from the workshops where they are made. Therefore delivery methods vary somewhat depending upon the destination and the size of the package.

You will receive order confirmations and despatch/tracking information once your order is completed.

Many of these items are made individually to order, so delivery may take a little time. Our aim is to have goods produced and despatched within 7 days.

Obviously if an item arrives damaged or faulty, just send it back to us and we will refund or exchange it. If for whatever reason the items is not as you expected or isn't right for you, just post them back to us (carefully packaged and in original condition and packaging please), letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund, to:
